For those who don't know me, my name is Charlotte Williams. I have been successful in gaining a place to study at the American Musical Theatre Academy this September and would really appreciate your help to get me there!
My story so far -
I have always had a passion for performing since a very young age, I spent most of my younger years with the Granville Theatre Arts Company where I found myself at home on the stage! I have performed as a dancer for ten years in their professional pantomimes.
I now train at Elite Dance Academy where I have received fantastic dance training, completed exams and performed in festivals across Kent placing as part of a group and a solo performer.
I am lucky to train vocally under the watchful eye of Avril Gray who has helped me find my true voice and get it to the level it is at today.

I have had wonderful opportunities to perform with my schools Advanced Vocal Ensemble, I have performed onstage at Wembley Arena, in the National Music for Youth festival in Birmingham and have been on a three countries music tour singing a wide repertoire of sacred to musical theatre songs. I am also a singer in the jazz band and a member of the choir.
I have recently got into filming for TV, I can be seen on the 2017 Tesco Christmas advert and an episode of Hetty Feather to be aired later this year.
My most recent musical theatre roles include Vanessa in 'In The Heights' and an ensemble member in 'Jesus Christ Superstar', 'Sister Act' and 'Sweeney Todd' all with Stage Door Theatre Company. I also choreographed Sister Act which was a challenging yet fun opportunity to take advantage of, the show won best production in my local area!
Your kind contribution will help me towards this dream, to help me fund this intensive year of signing, dancing and acting. I will train with West End and Broadway professionals and learn about the business in London and New York. AMTA provides their own in house agency, so representation is 100% guaranteed.
The full tuition fee for this intensive year is £15,000 (including flights and training in New York halfway through the year, and not including accommodation and expenses throughout the course) I am hoping to raise £7,500 prior to starting in September. I am already halfway to achieving my goal via personal fundraising and with your help I will be able to fulfil my dream of being a professional musical theatre performer.
I really appreciate you taking time to read my story and your help with fundraising and I hope to make you all proud!!
