My name is Sarah Krenz. I am from Bloomfield, Iowa. I am trying to help raise funds for my mother, Susie. Donations made will be sent for relief to her through Western Union to assist in paying for water pumps, drinking water, and supplies in the Philippines where she is temporarily staying and helping her family and neighbors surviving the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
Please help us raise funds for relief to help our mother, Susie!! A few days ago Susie went to the Philippines to visit her mother and while she was there, she was caught in one of the strongest tropical storms ever recorded in history, Typhoon Haiyan.
Before the storm hit, Susie brought all of their neighbors into her family's home in the Philippines to give them shelter in their cement structure home. She has been sheltering about 60 people in this small home. Susie sent word home to her family in Iowa to let them know that they all survived the storm, but they are now desperate for water and supplies and they need financial help.
In the aftermath of the storm, Susie has been tirelessly trying to create a water pump out of an old well in the yard of her family's home to provide drinking water for her family and neighbors. Please help us raise funds to send relief to our mother and all of the people she is trying to help!!
