Orion loves snowboarding and needs your support to represent SoCal at 2018 USASA national championships March 31st through April 6th at Copper Mountain, CO!
This season, Orion did 9 USASA events; he earned 8 gold medals and 1 silver. At nationals he will compete in halfpipe, slopestyle, rail jam and boardercross. Orion is 8 years old (grommets division) and he’s currently ranked 3rd in the US in halfpipe. He didn’t have a team, professional coaching or financial resources this season but he’s doing what he loves and he’s progressing every day!
Orion's goal is to compete on the national level again, with dreams to compete as a future X Games and 2026 Winter Olympics athlete. Unfortunately we don't have the resources to get him to nationals with proper coaching & training without assistance. So we're hoping you can help us make his dreams come true.
We'd like to get Orion up to Copper early to practice. For the price of one Starbucks coffee you can help him get closer to his goal! We can use all the help we can get! All proceeds will cover expenses associated with getting Orion to the 2018 USASA National Championships at Copper Mountain, CO. This includes transportation, food, lodging, passes/lift tix, fees for Woodward and training. Any additional funds beyond goal will go towards summer camp training and getting him back on the slopes and competing next season.
