Quien escribe es Paola Ovalles, hija menor del Dr. Basilio Antonio Ovalles Bello, por quién tuvimos la iniciativa de crear esta cuenta. Mi padre sufrió la ruptura de un Aneurisma Cerebral, provocándole una hemorragia grado IV (nivel más alto) el día 17 de Enero del año en curso. Ese día, Dios le dio vida por segunda vez permitiendo que papi siguiera con vida, pues solo el 10% de los pacientes sobreviven a este tipo de evento.
Actualmente mi padre se encuentra en la clínica (CEDIMAT), gracias a Dios estable clinicamente, pero aún no ha despertado…
Les explicaré un poco de quién es y como es mi “Pichire”. Es el ser humano más maravillo que he conocido en el mundo, el segundo hijo de tres hermanos, doctor en medicina (Ginecólogo Obstetra), padre de tres hijos y abuelo (loló) de dos nietos. Mi padre, a sus 59 años ha sido un ser alegre, humilde, solidario, principalmente con las clases más necesitadas; amante a su profesión y dedicado a su familia y seres queridos.
Hasta el momento de la gravedad sufrida, Papi era el único generador de ingresos en nuestra casa, pero ha sido un proceso de internamiento de dos meses, muy costoso hasta el momento, y será muy largo por demás. Es ahora cuando comienza nuestra gran batalla.
Hemos recibido apreciable ayuda de amigos y familiares para sufragar los gastos, en los que hasta ahora hemos incurrido; nuestros ahorros se han agotado y tenemos un camino largo por recorrer, que te pido recorras conmigo. Puedes acompañarme con tu oración y algún aporte económico que me puedas brindar. Te estaré eternamente agradecida.

My name is Paola Ovalles, I am the youngest of three, and I am writing on behalf of my Father Dr. Basilio Antonio Ovalles Bello (Tony). Recently my dad suffered a Category 4 ruptured Brain Aneurysm of (The highest possible level) resulting in a brain hemorrhage on January 17th of this year. God granted him a second chance in life by allowing him to live since only 10 % of patients survive these events however, he hasn’t woken up just yet. My father is currently in a Coma, but Stable Thank God. He is currently being treated at Cedimat, one of the most specialized hospitals in the Dominican Republic.
With that said, I want to introduce to you the amazing person he is because I would love for all of you to know him too. My father (“Mi Pichire”) is the second 3 son, he is a OBGYN Doctor, He is the father to 3 children and a grandfather (“Lolo”) to 2 beautiful grandchildren. Throughout his 59 years of life, he has always been a beautiful soul, always happy, more than dedicated to his family and friends, always passionate about his career, but most of all, he has always done the impossible to help anyone around him. He is truly the best human I know.
Due to the severity of the Aneurysm my dad suffered, we are faced with the situation of having to ask all of you for help. My father is the bread winner of our home, and due to how sudden it all happened we are unsure how much longer we can provide for him. Along this journey, we have been blessed with people that have helped us economically, and because of those, we have been able to cover a portion of the hospital bills. After next week, my dad will be moved out of the hospital and placed in our home in hopes that he will finally wakeup. Today marks his 51 day in a coma, but we remain hopeful that through God’s work, and our prayers, he will reunite with us again. We would greatly appreciate your help, prayers or any economic help you can gran tus. My family and I will forever be grateful.
My Name is Carla Pena and I am from the Dominican Republic. I helped my uncles family by creating this account, in hopes to raise as much money as possible for his recovery. Once the funds are available these will be transferred to his sons Account. Thank You and God Bless
