Deployment to Philippines: Relief Work

Greetings Everyone!
I'm a crisis response & disaster zone relief worker who responded to Japan's 2011 earthquake/tsunami/nuclear disaster in Fukushima area as well as in the south after severe flooding from a typhoon.
I am in need of funds to help me get to Cebu in the Philippines in order to join up with the rest of my team on November 22nd. (UPDATE Nov. 27: I will actually join the December 1-18 team.)
Please help me get there so that I can help these people!
The organization I deploy to disasters with, Crisis Response International (CRI) , is based in Hawaii and has had teams on the ground since Monday, Nov. 11.
I'm raising funds here because CRI is not as big some relief organizations out there and we all have to find ways to self-fund our deployments.
The funding will go towards:
Transportation to & from the airport in Tokyo. Airfare to & from Tokyo/Philippines. In-country transportation to work sites/outposts. Food. Lodging. Climate appropriate gear for the trip (I need to purchase some items for tropical zones, everything I have is for cooler areas.) Miscellaneous related expenses (pre-paid cell, medicines, vaccines, etc.)
A bit more information if you're interested:I was born and raised in Alaska. I've been in Japan since 1999 and I'm presently located in Tokyo, Japan.
I'm a missionary. I've been involved in ministry in Japan since the early 2000's. I founded and launched a House of Prayer in Tokyo in 2008. I have a passion for helping people in their worst moments and cannot wait to get to the Philippines, roll up my sleeves and start working with my team.
I've been to the Philippines before and have friends there. Being able to get there and help with this relief effort is quite among many things, quite personal.
The profile photo was taken by my husband awhile ago in Yokohama, one of the first ports in Japan open to foreigners back in the day. The building behind me is called Landmark Tower and is quite a well known "landmark."
