Adrian Dizon's Neck Surgery Medical Fund

Hi Adrian's Family and Friends,

As some of you may know our good friend, Adrian, broke his C2 vertebrae this past Saturday, 11-9-13.


The good news:


He had successful surgery today, 11-12-13, and is in good spirits. He is talking and joking like we all know Adrian can. The doctors said there is a good chance he will make a full recovery. Adrian is determined and already looking forward to rehab!


The not so good news:


Adrian's family is not sure if his medical insurance will cover the cost of the surgery and hospital stay. This is where we need your HELP! We are setting up this fund to help his family pay for as much of the medical bill as possible. EVERY DOLLAR HELPS!
