Help Pay Lucy's Vet Bills

On Sunday October 27th, Lucy was viciously attacked by aggressive dogs not contained by their owner. Lucy was taken to the vet, who tried to save her life, but was unable to do so. The vet bill for attempting to save Lucy is $8000. The owner currently is not taking responsibility for his dogs. Joannie is a widower with limited income. Lucy was her sole companion. Please help Joannie cover this enormous bill.
