<div>While I thank God that none of my immediate family members were directly harmed, many of my close family friends and church family have lost almost everything. Roofs have been completely torn off, homes flooded, furniture destroyed, and the essentials of life—food, water, and shelter—are now compromised.

<div>The devastation is beyond words. These are hardworking, faithful people who have prayed, served, and given selflessly in their communities. Now, they are the ones in need.
