Top Surgery for Lee

This is Lee; he is a Trans Man, and ready to complete his Top Surgery step of his Transition. Lee will be traveling to Florida with his partner in May of 2014. Lee has decided to go to Dr. Garramone to have the double mastectomy procedure. He will be there roughly two weeks.
Lee is a very proud man, but the whole procedure plus flight, board and food will cost around $8,500. Both Lee and his partner work, but are still trying to keep up with their housing costs. I am hoping to eliminate his need to take out a loan to pay for his surgery, but I cannot do it alone. (The flight has been fully taken care of.)
Please help this Trans Man on his journey to full-transition.
