My name is Adam Harrison let me tell you my story.

A week before my 18th birthday my life changed in the blink of an eye. I had an epileptic seizure. Throughout the next year it was relentless. countless nights spent in hospital. constant medicine

changes. and constant phone calls.

The shock it caused on the people around me and myself was unbelievable despite all of this they stood by my side and kept me going.

The toll it had on my mental health and physical health was unspeakable. It took me to rock bottom but i realised when you’re there you can only go up and i did with the help of my family. Sometimes in life things will hold you back but you have to break free. you have to “be the change”. And that’s exactly what i have done and it’s made me the person i am today.

And that is the reason i will be completing the “GRIM CHALLANGE”
