Kevin's cancer treatment fund

My name is Sandi. My fiancé Kevin is the most awesome, kindest, loving, funny person, and he needs your help. He is a young 57 years old and has a lot of living and loving still to do, and family including 2 children and friends who need him, but that is being threatened by advanced cancer.

He also has many clients world-wide who are counting on him to lovingly restore their vintage Heathkit audio equipment to better than when it was built, and all the equipment is piling up while he has been unable to fix it. Kevin does an exceptional job, and there are very few people in the world who can do what he does.

TL;DR: Kevin needs $70k total for treatment at an awesome alternative cancer clinic in Mexico, and biologic dentistry (because toxins that cause cancer often originate in the teeth). We have 3 weeks to find $60k cash, by March 9 2016. Ideally the dentistry should also be done while he is in Mexico.

The story:  Kevin seemed to be bouncing back from the stage IV prostate cancer diagnosed in Oct 2014. He was feeling well, and his PSA came down from 4100 to 15. He was doing everything right, he changed his diet to an almost-entirely vegan organic diet, and added in lots of cancer-fighting foods and supplements. He was alkalyzing, and continued walking most days to get exercise and oxygen.

But then, after exploratory surgery in mid-Jan 2016 to explore the cause of blood in his urine, and clots blocking his urethra, he was diagnosed with separate late-stage primary invasive bladder cancer. Since then, metastastized prostate and/or bladder cancer is now causing him a lot of bone pain and other complications. Bone pain is one of the worst types of pain there is.

The bladder cancer was probably there in 2014, but was missed by his doctors, all they saw was the prostate cancer. We assume all the anti-cancer regimens he has been doing since then kept the bladder cancer at bay for a while. He only has one functioning kidney, as he was in kidney failure when I took him to the ER in 2014, and only one kidney bounced back from it. The tumor the doctors found during his recent op was blocking off the non-functioning kidney, which makes us think it was there all along.

Kevin is currently hospitalized, where they are keeping him somewhat stable and managing his pain, but traditional medicine can offer nothing except chemo as a treatment, and admit it will not cause him to go into remission, only buy him a few more months - at the most optimistic, 18 more months.  We are also concerned with the toxicity of these drugs, given he only has one functioning kidney.

Moreover, one of the two chemo drugs has a side effect of hearing loss -- not an option for a musician and audio repair technician, who makes his living from his excellent hearing!

But no worries, I found a fantastic cancer clinic in Mexico with 12 MDs on staff that has great results with non-toxic alternative therapies, many of them treatments used with success elsewhere in the world that the FDA has been too slow to approve. I even know the brother of the clinic's medical director, who is also an alternative cancer MD, and know that the treatments that they do are very effective.

Kevin's immune system has always been very strong, he didn't see a doctor for 35 years before the cancer diagnosis! We want to keep it that way. He fights off every cold or flu that comes his way, without getting sick. We know he can beat this cancer -- as long as his immune system is not compromised by chemo, and as long as the cancer cells are 'uncloaked' so his immune system can deal with them.  Not only do some of the treatments at this Mexican clinic kill the cancer directly in a non-toxic way, they also help the immune system detect the cancer and deal with it itself.

We have him booked in to the clinic from March 9-31, and have plane tickets; now we just have to find the cash before then (credit cards are not accepted). One way or another, I will get him there, if I have to borrow every dime I need -- but paying it back is going to be challenging, I have my own health issues which sometimes make it hard to work, and my own ongoing medical expenses, almost as bad as his.

The rundown of expected expenses:

$46,000 basic treatment costs - 3 weeks of inpatient care in Mexico, many treatments included in this cost, includes a Sono-Photo Dynamic Therapy machine and supplements to take home to continue his therapy, and all supplements needed for a year, 2 return visits for checkups, and a year of remote support and monitoring. If nothing else, one way or another he is going to get the basic treatment, whatever it takes.

$13,500 - highly desirable Rigvir therapy is not included in the $46,000. This is a cancer 'vaccine' type therapy, but so much more than a vaccine. The $13,500 will also cover a type of personalized vaccine created from protein in his urine, that will also stimulate his immune system to kill the cancer.

$10,000 - we previously got a quote from the Mexican biologic dentist this clinic works with, who happens to be the same biologic dentist I have been working with over the last year, to sort out Kevin's mouth. He needs all his teeth extracted except two, cavitation surgery on all the extraction sites, and dentures. This is going to be important, all cancer patients are urged or required to get their teeth sorted out, because teeth are so often the root cause or a contributor to cancer.

Kevin and I, his family (including his two children), and friends, and all his clients will be so immensely grateful for helping him save his life, and every dollar will help. He has a hard time asking for help, and is always the one wanting to help others, which is why I am here asking you to help him.

Thank you!!!
