A Husky’s Heart

Skye is a 4 month old Siberian Husky. She was a Christmas gift to my little sister, and recently we found out that she has PDA, patent ductas arteriosas. There are two surgical options, but without one of them Skye’s chances of living past one year are slim. As you can imagine, this was devastating news for everyone, especially my 13 year old sister. Skye has become a part of our family, and we want to give her as much help as we can. We would love to be able to give our sweet puppy the surgery she needs to fix her heart, but we simply cannot do it alone.
