Help Missy Get To NATIONALS 2018

My name is Missy Dempsey, I'm an amateur boxer fighting and living in Edmonton, Alberta. I work a full time job, train people privately on the side, and train with my coach & teammates every night of the week. I moved to Edmonton from Fort McMurray in August 2017 to be taken on by John Mendonca at Alliance Boxing Club. I just won the provincial championship and will be attending Nationals 2018. This year, the mandatory training camp is from March 7th - 11th. Which I had to book off of work. I also had to book off one week before Nationals starts (March 21st - March 28th) to recover from the intense training. Nationals itself is a 5 day tournament (March 28th - April 1st.. that's a lot of time missing work... There is also a mandatory cost of $440 for the hotel for each fighter, even though we live in Edmonton, it is mandatory that we stay at the venue... I know I deserve to be at Nationals this year, it's what I love and what I'm good at. I've dedicated my life to boxing and put my life on hold to become the best..
