Helmet Therapy for Gideon Whitchurch

Our little Gideon has been a miracle in our life. His Mommy's water broke at 28 weeks, yet he was able to stay in the womb for an incredible 5 weeks before he was born! He is now a happy 7 month old and we are overjoyed to have him in our family. Because of his time in the womb with hardly any amniotic fluid his neck was forced to the left and when he was born it hurt him to turn his head to the right. After months of therapy he now has full movement in his neck, but all the time spent with his head turned to the side left it's mark. Gideon now has 10mm (1cm) asymmetry in his head shape from the left to the right side. Because of this helmet therapy has been highly recommended for Gideon. Our insurance refuses to pay, although most insurances approve this procedure, so we need to raise the money ourselves. The whole process costs $2000, but any little bit would help.
