Mexico Mission to stop Human Trafficking

Hey my name is Emily I am 18 years old and I have devoted 6 months of my life to have an impact on the issue of Human Trafficking. I have enrolled into a Justice Discipleship Training School through the Youth With A Mission organization, located in Los Angeles California. These first 3 months of the school have been intensive disciplship training which are preparing me spiritually for our 3 months mission trip to Mexico City. So far we have been teaming up with local ministries where we are able to go out on the streets of Los Angeles and minister to prostitutes face to face and simply tell them that they are loved, valued and have a purpose. We go out and hand them small gifts bags which contain a contact card that they can use to get help and we also have the opportunity to pray for them. My team of 10 leave for Mexico City on December 15, 2013. In Mexico we have the opportunity to evangelize in the Red Light Districts, we will work with orphans and at risk youth, also we will minister in safe houses with victims recovering from the trafficking experience.

God has broken my heart for the victims of sex trafficking and I have a huge passion for the mission to just set out and take action and do something about what is going on. These are our sisters out on the streets and we are here to fight for them and fight for their freedom because they deserve so much more.

I encourage you if you have the same heart for these victims but you cant physically give your time to do something about it, please pray about giving generously and supporting me on my mission. I have been called to take action so I am activly devoting my life to this cause until God calls me to do otherwise. So if you want to take a stand with me and support me financially I will not be standing out on that battle front alone you will be right out there with me, because I cant do this alone I need your help and support.
