The difficulties raising a child on your own are numerous. I am a proud homeschooling mom of my beautiful 15 year old daughter, Kianna. She has been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. I am raising money to put myself through specific training with a 30 year old company to become a medical transcriptionist. The cost for this program is $1500.00. This training course is 6 months long. After which I have a GUARANTEED job with the company.
This career choice would allow me to work from home while earning an income to support my daughter and I.
With her chronic illness, it is difficult to know which days I will need to be home with her. This disease has caused her extreme weakness, pain and fatigue. We are still trying to understand and adjust to the long term changes. On her bad days she can't get out of bed. She is too weak to prepare her own food or even get up to prepare what I have made for her.
Having a job outside the home would not last very long. Medical transcription is a good option for our situation. I love all things blood , tissues, and anatomy. I can't wait to help the medical community in transcribing and recording documents. I will be a part of research, and helping information to be properly stored for patients and their doctors. This brings safety and security to the health community. Accountability is ensured when the records are correctly transcribed.
I am excited to be a part of improving the life of my child and others! Everyone has experienced the frustration of having information lost or incorrect. My career would help reduce these problems!
My own income is so limited due to all of the costs of Kianna's appointments and medicine. Also the inconsistency of days that I can leave the home for work. Her father died 2 years ago so we lack that support as well.
I would be so appreciative for your contribution to my fund ! I am a hard working mother , I take my job very seriously in caring for my child and independently supporting her! When I succeed, my daughter and I will be a great contribution to society, lifting up others, supporting our community through taxes, and sharing the stories and testimonies of true love and support from others that helped us reach our goals.
