Please Help Me Save Cloud!!!

I can not believe I have to do this again.. one month after losing my Ice.. my boy Cloud is fighting for his life at the emergency hospital Lauderdale Veterinary Specialists. He has been vomiting so I took him in..they had to insert a tube down into his stomach and have been draining fluid. They called and said he needs emergency surgery today! I have Trupanion insurance on him, but due to his past and his 2 emergency surgeries to save his life when we rescued him, they won't cover. They consider this pre-existing. I am heading to see him now and get the estimate and I will have to make a decision on what to do.. his bill just for 24 hours there is already $2300. With this surgery it could go up to $7000. I can not believe I am in thjis situation again..that another one of my babies is fighting for their life.. please help..and please pray..
