Stage 1 Breast Cancer

My name is Katy Moore, and I have just been diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer. I am absolutely thankful and beyond blessed to have caught everything so early. In June of 2017, I elected to have my breast implants removed due to Breast Implant Illness. I had a silent rupture for three years, and became extremely ill. After conquering that battle, I recently noticed a lump in my left breast that I had not noticed before. I immediately got a biopsy performed and the results came back malignant. I will have a lumpectomy done to remove the lump, followed by radiation treatments and prescription medicine that will help me defeat this battle. I do have insurance, but unfortunately less is covered than expected. I am looking for support in helping covering the cost of the expenses from tests, surgery, medications, and radiation therapy. Anything helps and is extremely appreciated from the bottom of my heart. I will 100% be okay, and I am looking forward to sharing this experience and being healed from all of this. I know this is just another attack on my health to prevent me from doing what I know I am out on this earth to do. As my Dad said “God has plans for you, and cancer isn’t one of them”.
