Erin is currently at Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She has suffered a severe brain injury and is slowly progressing and emerging from the coma. She was transferred from Savannah Memorial Hospital on November 22 to Shepherd Center. Her injuries were a result of a horrible incident that happened on Halloween night as she was celebrating with friends.
At this time, we ask for your prayers for Erin, her family and her friends that they may find comfort in the company of each other and find strength to carry through these long days. Pray for continued wisdom from her doctors and caretakers as they work to do everything possible to help Erin come back to us. Pray for Erin to hear and respond to the tasks she is asked to do and to respond to their activities. She is making slow steps each and every day in therapy and is becoming aware of her surroundings.
We pray for continued improvements. Everyone who knows Erin, knows what a fighter she is. She is a strong young woman. It's difficult to see her injured and hurting.
