Life for Erinn Hollo and family was seemingly normal, but their idea of normal changed almost 10 weeks ago. Anyone that has the priviledge of knowing Erinn knows that she is such a brave and inspirational woman. She is caring, considerate, and always giving. She put her career and life on hold to make her dream of having a family come true. She and her husband Rob have been blessed with 2 year old twins Audyn and Malin, and new baby girl Olivia.
Well her life has once again been put on hold when an ER visit determined that she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.
How can anybody prepare for this sort of thing? She has been in the hospital since then and has went through very intense chemotherapy. Her only communication with her girls has been through phone or internet. All she can think about is how much she misses her girls and not being there to see them growing.
Medical expenses are not the issue, it is the travel expenses due to the hospital being 2 hours from home. She now must undergo a Stem Cell Transplant at Duke Hospital which is more than 6 hours away and will require her to be there for months. Join us in raising money so that her family can find temporary housng and living expenses for her husband; so that he can take leave from work and bring his girls to be closer to Erinn while she is going through this journey.
