On Saturday, September 3rd, around 1:25am, Gabby and two of her friends were hit by a drunk driver while standing in a yard talking to one another. She was Mercy Flighted and in critical condition when admitted to the Trauma Intensive Care Unit. Gabby received a fracture-dislocation in the C4 and C5 vertebrae in her neck and a fracture in her lower back and pelvis. She currently has no feeling below her shoulders and as a result, cannot move. The family is looking at Gabby having to receive more surgeries to correct her current and prevent further injuries.
Gabby is only 18 years old. Please donate what you can and share with anyone and everyone you know.
This GoFundMe has been created to help cover costs of things like:
- Medical bills
- Legal fees (for a good lawyer)
- Potential future mobility aids (in the unfortunate case Gabby does not gain back any feeling)
- Hotel room costs (Gabby is in a hospital 2 hours away from home)
- Gas/Food/Rent/Bills - this is to keep Gabby and her family as least stressed as possible so they can all focus on her healing.
