Thank you for taking time and reading this, I'm Athina as most of you know and I got 3 babies, hallie-jayden-Zoey. My soon to be ex has served me with divorce papers and asking full custody of the kids. Reason unknown-?- he wants me to vanish from the earth-?- he doesn't want to have to pay child support -most likely- jerry is a combat vet with 100% PTSD ... He never was able to keep the kids for more than an hour, he always gets anxiety and he is angry .whatever his reason are I don't know all I know is that the past few months he has given me 1/6 of what he normally would so money is a big issue now. I can't afford a lawyer and that makes things very difficult for me, you see for personal reasons I decided that WA was a better place to raise the kids, so after I came back from Greece where Jerry dumbed me and the kids back in feb of 2013 I went to California for 6 weeks so he can see the kids and hoped that something would had changed but no change was made so I told him I'm going to WA my friend is there and if I can get established I'll stay there. I did get established I got a job - health insurance - driver license - and still trying to do what's more needs to be done. So jerry did came up here for Christmas had a good time with the kids and all but yet after he left he served me with that big "slap" on the face. He wants 100%physical custody and 50% legal custody of our kids. He didn't put down any visitations for me or none of that . So in order to fight back I need to have a lawyer. I need someone good that will help me keep my kids because that is all it matter to me is my babies. I'm terrified by the thought that he might be taking them away. So please remember every penny counts right now. Pass it around let it be heard. It's really unfair situation.
There's a court on feb 5th but I need to and have to have a lawyer by then other wise God knows what will happen.
