With deep sadness and broken hearts we share with you, Sarah Nicole Hamilton Riddle, a Mother, Daughter, Sister, Sister in Law, Granddaughter, Great Granddaughter, Partner and Friend to so many, passed away at age 26, on Friday, February 2, 2018.
Sarah left this life blessed with two amazing sons, 9 and 6, extended family and a huge circle of friends past and current.
This is a memorial fund is set up to help Sarah’s family with end of life costs.During this difficult time, Sarah’s family, ask that you reflect on her bright eyes, huge smile, childlike giggle and hair for days.
