A Home For Nessie

My sister and her husband have been foster parents for many years and have adopted 3 children and provide them a loving home and many experiences as a family. They also continue to foster a baby as well. One of their former foster children is now 5 and is available for adoption. Her name is Nessie. Her biological mother tried to care for her but both Nessie and family member's believe she belongs in her former foster home. She wants to be with my sister's family as this is where she thrives and feels like a sister to her foster brother and sisters. She has been given up for adoption and is happy but wants to have her future certain. In order to adopt Nessie we need to raise the attorney's fees.
