HELP MARGOT - Help Pay For Surgery!

Margot is 11 years old and never had major health issues. In August 2017 though she was victim of a sudden glaucoma that left her completely blind in less than 1 week. It was horrible seeing my baby bumping into walls and furniture. She lost weight, stoped eating, stoped playing and my world fell apart.
Since then I'm following medical instructions in terms of pain treatment for her. - All the meds I've been giving to her are simply to prevent Margot from having pain, as her vision is irreversible at this point. Unfortunately the remedies no longer have any effect on her eyes and she's now under extreme pain. To top it all off, she has now a major bleeding inside her eyes and she needs urgent surgery to remove the two eye-balls (which I didn't know, but it's a regular procedure/surgery on dogs with extreme glaucoma). Only after this surgery, she will be pain-free. She will be then, free from infections and hopefully regain some quality of life, even though she's going to be blind for the rest of her days.
I treat my dog as a my real kid and it breaks my heart seeing her going through so much suffering.
I kindly and desperately ask for your help. I'm counting on your generosity... help me paying for her surgery costs ($4,000).
