Tiffany’s Tribe

Tiffany Hobbs, a single mother of two, Kyndsey 15 and Blake 13, was diagnosed with kidney disease in January 2016. In September 2016, her disease became chronic, and by March of 2017, she became extremely ill. She was rushed to the hospital where they performed emergency surgery to place a temporary port in her neck to start dialysis. Overnight, her kidneys had shutdown and she was now in complete kidney failure. Needless to say, this was quite a shock and it turned her life upside down. She lost her job, her home and had to move in with her mom. Tiffany is a fighter and she fought hard to get her strength back after returning home. But every time we felt she was moving forward, she would get sick and we would start the process all over again. After numerous times in and out of the hospital, the worse being a brain bleed which resulted in an emergency craniotomy, she has been on a road to more good days than bad. Her staying healthy for her family is our goal! As we get closer to getting on the transplant list, we are reaching out for help with ongoing expenses Tiffany has had and will have to endure. She has chose IU Transplant and soon will be traveling to Indianapolis regularly. We want her to focus on getting better not expenses. Anything will be appreciated. Thank you. Family of Tiffany Hobbs
