My name is Keith. I'm a single father of three. I broke my back several years ago during a four wheeler an accident. Several failed back surgeries have got my legs and hands giving out. Scheduled reconstructive back surgery with Duke University September 3. Need funds for an electric wheelchair to get around in and to make the a few trips back-and-forth to Duke to get this done.
