Hello Amazing Family!
The Seattle Peoples Party is excited for the opportunity to bring 200 Black Youth to a special premier screening of Black Panther.
We are organizing this effort because we understand the importance of seeing yourself in the brilliance of your people at Columbia City Ark Lodge Cinemas!
These inspiring young people deserve the opportunity to witness the amazingness of Black Panther when it first comes out, without the worry of cost. They should haven’t to wait until it’s released on DVD or Netflix - our Black Youth deserve a world class premier showing of Black Panther when it first arrives on the big screen.
We have reserved an entire theater in Columbia City, Seattle that sits 200 people. In order to officially secure the theater, we have to pay for the cost of all 200 seats in advance.
Between seats and a concession voucher for each student, we will need to raise $3,000. If we raise $3,000, we will be able to provide a truly special experience. The theater will be reserved exclusively for our youth and they will be able to enjoy food at the concession stand.
As a community, this is the least we can do. Will you join us?
NOTE: If we raise $6,000, we will be able to reserve a second showing for an additional 200 Youth!!!
