Mike Drew’s Rest In Peace Fund

My brother is 47 and has been battling colon cancer for the last 3.5 years it has returned 3 times after multiple surgeries, chemo and radiation treatment. In November of 2017 we were told it had returned and progressed to stage 4, he is now on hospice care and in addition to this already horrific experience our family is battling his wife in divorce court. His wife basically deserted him upon his cancer diagnosis over 3 years ago was never at any of his surgeries, chemo or radiation treatments has filed for divorce and is attempting to battle him now when he is in no position to defend himself. He should be focusing on fighting for his life and instead he and his family has to deal with court dates and attorney fees. My brother is on social security disability benefits and is unable to continue to pay for an attorney without some type of assistance. He also is unable to even be present in court as he is too ill and currently in the hospital (but otherwise on home hospice). Therefore, we as his family feel strongly about making sure that his wishes are upheld by the court and he is legally represented in court so we desperately need assistance to fund his legal fees.
