Angel's Van Fund for Special Needs

I have a 4 and a half year old daughter that has numerous health issues, has a trach and on a vent 24/7, and is seen by  a children's hospital in Columbus an hour and 15 minutes away. We are in need of a van so i can transport her to and from the hospital. She is getting heavy to carry and has a wheelchair but it won't fit in our car's trunk. Our car is also falling apart and one of the back doors do not open. The other back door is starting to have issues as well. There is no air or heat in the car and it's way too small to fit all the Medical equipment plus her. We are in and out of the hospital but make numerous trips. Help please! I think the car is on it's last leg! I am a single parent that is trying to make ends meet. A van would not only able us to get her to her appointments but also to get her out and enjoy life and not stuck at home constantly because the transportation is hard. It's like she is a prisoner to home or in the hospital. She loves rides and getting out but our car makes it impossible! Please help and God Bless.
