After 50+ years of marriage, Mom lost Pops to CHF two years ago. It was a very difficult time during the past two years for Mom. She wasn’t happy living without Pops. My Mom showed the true definition of love, she would welcome everyone with open arms no matter what. Her commitment to her family and friends never wavered; she fought tremendously her entire life to raise us to be strong in our faith. Love you to the moon and back as she would say.....
This past two weeks she caught a cold causing Shortness of breath, so bad that she was rushed to the ER. She was admitted due to pneumonia, transferred to ICU two days after and intubated for 2 weeks. If you had this happen to anyone in your family, you understand the difficulty that we had to face when asked by the Doctor the choice of ending your mother’s life or continue the treatment that would eventually fail at any given point. We would never wish this upon anyone. It all happened so fast and very sudden. Planning a funeral is not an easy task and can place a financial burden. If you can open up your hearts to help in any way, we would truly appreciate it. Anything can help.
Again, We Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers & support during this difficult time. We are putting together this fundraiser to help with the funeral arrangements so that we are able to give her a nice ceremony. Any generous amount would greatly help. Thank you all so much!!!
