51 days/ 51 states

There's a big trip in my near future. I will be visiting all 50 of these United States (yes, Alaska and Hawaii!) as well as the District of Columbia.  While in each state, I will be creating an original 12' by 12" painting. I will ALSO be recording 51 episodes of my THIS IS MY TRUTH TELL ME YOURS podcast while on this trip. and i intend to do it all in 51 days.

the $6000 i'm hoping to raise will cover several things:

1.) FUEL  . the bulk of the travel will be via car, state to state.
2.) AIRFARE . I will be flying to Alaska and Hawaii (obviously).
3. LODGING.  While I will be Staying with friends & family through the majority of my journey, there are a few places where i will need to stay in a hotel or campground for a night.
4.FOOD. gotta eat!
5. EMERGENCY FUNDS. i'll be out on the road for two months. i have insurance , I have AAA, but you never know what surprises might pop up.

I am intending to raise the money needed by mid August. The trip is planned for the fall.

I have a huge community that has supported me through many artistic endevors; if you're reading this, you're part of that network of support! it truly means so much to me. This is the grandest project I've attempted so far in my life. I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who will share this journey with me.
