Eric Cook Memorial Fund

This is a benefit account set up for the Family of Eric and Veronica Monique Cook. Eric was called away October 29,2013 following an automobile accident. He is survived by his wife Monique and three daughters ages 5,3, and 6 months. All proceeds will go to help this family for present and future living expenses. Thank you so much and GOD BLESS.
