Hi, I’m Edd Valatka, and this year I’ve set myself a challenge: every month, I’ll be taking on a new activity to raise awareness and funds for important causes and charities. For February, I’m dedicating my efforts to breast cancer research—a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart.

On the 15th of February, I’ll be running 50 kilometers around the entire country of Gibraltar (four full laps!) to support those affected by breast cancer and help fund critical research. This run isn’t just about testing my limits—it’s about coming together as a community to make a real impact.

Breast cancer touches the lives of so many—those fighting it, survivors, and their loved ones. Every step I take is for them.

I’ll be documenting the entire process, from preparation to crossing the finish line, and I’ll be keeping things lighthearted along the way with some Irish humor and even a few sing-songs to keep spirits high.
