500km in 30days

I am going to cycle 500km  in 30days to raise  funds for the Cork University Hospital,  the Cardiac ICU Unit and the frontline staff fighting to keep us safe during these uncertain times. This day last week- April 29th, a day etched in our hearts forever more, we lost someone very special and important to Covid19. My father in law Paddy. One of the most exceptional people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was a kind, selfless person who spent his time helping others no matter the cost. He truly was one in a million and those who had the privilege of spending time with him would agree. His passing is not just a loss to his family but the whole community.  Nothing we say or do will bring him back or ease our pain but by supporting the CUH, the Cardiac ICU unit and our amazing frontline staff we can make sure other families dont suffer the terrible loss we and so many others are feeling. A huge thank you to everyone that is fighting to keep us safe and those who helped Paddy throughout his 3weeks in hospital. We will never forget the love and support offered to the whole family and for taking such loving care of our beloved Paddy. Stay Safe. Stay Home.  Rest In Peace Paddy Andrews.
