<div>The 500 West Block Association is a new Chelsea block association covering West 21st to West 24th St between 10th Ave and the Hudson River. For our first annual fundraiser, we will be hosting a holiday party with food and drinks. Our goal is to raise $5,000 and with these funds we plan on adding trees, planters, and flowers to the sidewalks in our area.
