50 miles for Hope

From January 1st to the 31st me and Dolly will be running 50 miles to raise money for Hope Rescue.
Hope Rescue are a wonderful charity in Llanharan that take in dogs who's owners can't keep them, who are injured and countless strays.  They've saved the lives of hundreds of dogs and they must continue to do so!
Their charity shop was flooded last year and when it re opened it closed due to Covid 19 restrictions. They haven't been able to run any big fundraisers so we all need to give a helping hand!
If you can't donate why not try joining in? Even walking the 50 miles is helping! If you're a dog owner you probably walk around that mark anyway! Plus it's great exercise and if you're looking to start moving the New Year is the perfect time!!

If I am in the position where I need to isolate due to Covid 19 this exercise will continue but will be postponed!

More information about Hope Rescue: Hope Rescue runs a dog rescue centre in Llanharan, South Wales. We take all the strays from four Local Authorities, irrespective of age, breed or medical condition. We also help owners who can no longer keep their dog, and owners in crisis such as those being made homeless or fleeing domestic abuse by providing temporary canine respite care.
