5 Year old Cyber Bullied By teacher

My daughter was the victim of cyber bullying. She is a 5-year-old kindergartener and she does have developmental delays, so she is not always able to express what is wrong and she doesn’t always speak very well, and her emotions are more sensitive than others. On September 26th, 2018 her kindergarten teacher recorded my daughter crying and posted it on her social media. Without parental consent and violated her rights. She took three separate recordings watching my daughter cry for a matter of minutes instead of consoling her. She wrote captions on each video saying ‘this is what I have to deal with” with laughing emojis. Then it also said “and she made herself throw up the other day y’all” with more laughing emojis. Then another video said, “she is still at it y’all” with more laughing emojis and it also said, “I do not baby my kids”. She did not have parental consent to take any photos or videos of my daughter. She did this and watched my daughter in pain and did nothing but record it laugh and mocked her for everyone to see and violated her rights.

 I am creating this account to try to get assistance with legal fees to purse this case as a civil suit against the teacher and the district for failure to protect my daughter and her rights and not punishing the teacher and have this teachers license revoked and we need assistance getting an attorney and for medical bills for counseling, because this has impacted my daughter emotionally. I want justice for my daughter. The teacher is still actively teaching in the district, she was only removed from my daughter’s school and is allowed to teach at others around children. I do not want that teacher to do this to another child. I want to make sure this teacher cannot emotionally injure another child. Any donation—no matter how small—is most appreciated and welcome.
