Yet Another Battle For Justin !

My name is Alfredo Gonzales. Justin Gonzales is my son. Justin has always been a giving person and always believed in God. Last week he diagnosed with kidney failure and will need a kidney transplant. All his life he has been fighter. At around 8 months old he was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a form of Cancer. After a long tough battle he beat it . At 17 he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Diabetes is slow killing disease. Right now he is having to do dialysis therapy to keep him alive. He will receive love and support from all his family and friends. But he will also need financial help. He will have to stay on a strict diet and schedule to make himself worthy of the transplant. They will not approve the procedure if the patient deems irresponsible and will not take care of the new kidney. He will have to meet the criteria that they require and our family would like him to be able focus on his health. He plans to return to work asap for he is a fighter and does not want to be a burden.
