Sandra needs hearing aids.

My Mum really needs hearing aids.

Mum's a really beautiful singer and she has been singing for many years, and even at 70 years old she still sings in various choirs.
But now her hearing has deteriorated to the point that she can't hear well at all now. Without hearing aids, her hearing will deteriorate further and she will be completely deaf in a few years. It would probably mean giving up what she really loves and that would be really tragic.
Any money would be used to go towards covering the cost of having her hearing aids fitted.
I am not sure of the time frame that they are needed, but the audiologist said that hearing aids would help preserve what natural hearing she has so it would be good to get them as soon as possible.
This would mean so much to my mum, because she's rarely asked anything from anybody before, and she doesn't yet know about this. She's sung in so many concerts and in musicals and I know that she loves it, and it would break my heart to see her have to give that up, and be left out.
