Help for Kevin because Cancer Sucks

Please help my very good friend Kevin McGuire. I am setting up this account for him because he would never do this for himself. He is a dedicated and empathetic detective, and just and all around good person. Men like him are few and far between. Kevin always puts other's needs ahead of his own. Sadly he was diagnosed with throat cancer and he needs our help. He found out today that he will be out of work for approximately 6 months. As the primary income in his household this is devastating. He only has 11 weeks of sick leave so the remainder would be unpaid. He will also have to pay for his insurance since he will be on unpaid leave. I hope to take some of the financial pressures away so that he can concentrate on healing and not on supporting his family.
