Jan's Bombogenesis House Repairs

Donation protected
My dear friend, Jan Marcaurelle, downsized to a cute house in Beverly this past Novemer. She has moved in and has been in the process of making it energy efficient as it has electric heat. All was budgeted for. Then the artic blast and Bombogenesis occurred on January 4, 2018. As you can see from the picture, her house got hit. Her house is on stilts as she is near the Crane River in Beverly. The previous owner of 14 years, never had tides that reached beyond the front yard. The house was built with tides in mind. This storm took out the main her connection to city water which the City is to fix. But her heating to her pipes has short circuited and the insulation and boarding is ruined. Jan is known by many as a lifelong resident of Ipswich. She started and ran the lunchroom program at CCA, Covenant Christian Academy in Peabody where she was loved by the students, parents and staff. Most recently she has been a Home Health Aid caring for the elderly. Her hours have been cut back just before Christmas when her primary client was hospitalized. Unstable hours happen when working with the elderly. Homeowners will not cover this storm damage. Jan gives so much to others, it is now time to help her. Every donation, no matter how small, when put together will help. Let's help our sister in Christ. She is in tears with no water and frozen pipes.
