Help Tahira Stay at Oakwood Univ.

My name is Tahira Ashley, I’m going into the second semester of my fourth year at Oakwood University a Christian HBCU in Huntsville, AL. I’m a double major, my first is Theology and my second is Psychology, so I’m on a “five year track”. I’ve been blessed to financially clear 70% every semester through scholarships, grants, and loans. Fall semester of 17’-18’ I was able to clear with money I earned interning & working a part-time job during the summer. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to work during Christmas Break and I need $3,000 to clear 70% for the Spring Semester. If I do not clear I won’t be able to stay in Oakwood Housing, and I live in the Annex (houses) on campus. I also won’t have a meal plan yet which means I won’t have the guaranteed meals from the cafeteria. God lead me to attend Oakwood University my senior year of high school and I believe that He wants me to finish what I’ve started.
