Support April As She Battles Cancer

My beautiful sister-in-law, April, is currently battling breast cancer. She found out in October that she carries a gene that makes her extremely high risk (87%) for developing breast and ovarian cancer. In an effort to avoid developing these cancers, she met with a surgeon to discuss having a double mastectomy, as well as having her ovaries and tubes removed sometime in the new year. Before this could even take place, she discovered that she had already developed breast cancer. She was diagnosed in early November, and within 2 weeks, had a double mastectomy. She begins chemotherapy on January 9th. These treatments will last months. She will have her ovaries and tubes removed some time later this year. As a result of these surgeries and treatment, she is unable to work. In addition to this, her husband, (my brother) Ryan, recently lost his job. The challenges they are currently facing has increased their stress, as they are suffering both emotionally and financially. Any support of any kind would be helpful, and greatly appreciated.
