Head/Neck Cancer A Hard thing to swallow

My husband was diagnosed with oral Cancer in Sept of 2012 he under went surgery in oct of 2012 in which most was removed.The Dr's have been watching a small lesion which was not seen during surgery It had been picked up on his follow up pet scan,while dealing with this he has also had several surgeries on his foot and ankle which is still a result from falling 30 feet down an elevator shaft back in 1996,his last surgery on his ankle was in July of 2011 while he was in hospital we had fought to get him medicaid in which he finally got in January of 2012 he had been complaining of a sore spot on the back of his tongue and neck in which his medicaid Dr would not look at she said it was for a Dentist to see and sent him for blood work as a result of his blood work we found out that he contracted Hep C just as he was beginning treatment for that,he kept asking for her to look at his tongue after a run around of her telling him to have his Internal medicine Dr look at it and he said she needed to then she once again said a Dentist which we went to and he said that once again he could not see down there she needed to ,We got the run around for 6 months until finally i opened a phone book and called and Ent and explained his situation and she said for him to come in immediately she didn't care that he needed a referral from his primary Care provider So Ty DR.Paige Lindberg on his first visit she diagnosed him with oral cancer it was a whirlwind since then,while going through this he started having severe back and neck pain and was sent to a spine specialist which he was seeing every month he has several disintegrating dics and a bone spur on his neck which a cluster of nerves formed around,so he had been receiving epidermal s every month in his back and neck while still recovering from cancer surgery,He had to put the Hep C treatment on hold which he already started because his immune system was already compromised from the cancer ,he was schedule to see a Neurologist which we been waiting months for an appointment as their is none in lee county that took medicaid he was also scheduled for surgery on his nasal cavity due to the fact that he had been stopping breathing while sleeping and diagnosed with sleep apthenia and Dr.Fuller who did Cancer surgery wanted this done because he said the machine was aggravating the tender spots in his throat , With all this going on he hadn't worked since 2009 since he averaged about a surgery every year in which we have been fighting for disability ever since,In Sept His medicaid was taken away because under new guidelines from Obama Care that was about to go into effect The State Said he could not get his medicaid back until his disability hearing in which we are being told by his lawyer that disability is so back logged it could be up till a year,in meanwhile i checked in the affordable health care program and for him alone it is 500 dollars a month,I am the only income and from trying to keep up with DRs and medications am just keeping a roof over our heads and now am at the point where he has had his surgeries cancelled has missed his last 2 pet Scans has not been able to see his Spine and neck Doctor nor his Ent or foot and ankle group and is not able to receive his shots nor get his check ups to see what is going on with cancer,his medical bills are overwhelming,I just want to be able to get my Husband back to see the Specialists and receive his back and neck shots and know what is going on with his cancer,He is barely walking and in constant pain and the stress and fear of not knowing is killing him,Please help me raise money to Get my husband back to His Cancer Dr.Dr.Fuller and Back to the spine center.So he can continue with his treatment .I do not know where to turn and was suggested to come to this sight,There is so much more medical problems he has but the cancer is my main concern,His health is getting worse by the day which i'm sure is taking a toll on him mentally but god Bless he tries to keep up a good Attitude for me,Because he knows worrying about his health and our financial responsibilities are all on me.I just can't do it alone,I'm in process of writing to all our Congressmen and Gov't officials but we see what our Gov't is doing it don't seem to care about the people of the United States. Thank for listening and i do realize i have jumped all over while writing but i'm so overwhelmed I don't know where it begins but i do know the end will eventually be the downfall of my husband of 26 years.We are now in desperate need of help with the medical bills piling up and costs of medications or what medicare will or will not pay for losing his secondary insurance,Now I can only work 1 day a week after not being able to work at all  for 5 months having to be 24 hour caretaker,We are financially devasted and I need for Daniel to be able to concentrate on his fight and his health and nothing else.So I am reaching out to you Friends Family The Public.Please help us. on 11/18/2016 we thought we got the best news his PT Scan and Ct Scans came back clear, on Dec 13, 2016 because of the last 2 years of constant surgery needed to have what for other would be a simple dilstion but for Daniel it had to be done in hospital surgiciallly because of his low platelets and all the damange down by the severe radiation and chemo he had to endure.During what we thought would be just a dialation turned back into his worse nightmare as the Cancer was still ravaging his body yet went undetected by all the tests and scans because it was in his voice box,So he never even got a full month of a remission and now we are facing a has we were told in one hand is life in the other death and has to have a laryngectomy in order to save his life he is giving a 98 % cure as long as all the cancer is renoved. We need help now more then ever as he wants to live, I am left being his 24/7 caretaker and lost my job in 2015 after 19 years the company sold and the new owners that because of my husbands Cancer ,I was being taking to 6 hours a week until he was cured well they must not understand cancer and 6 hours didnt even cover the gas to get there and since then have just been his nurse. I tried to look for a new job seems the minute I have to explain why after 19 years at my job, this happened and I explained my husband had cancer ,No call back was ever giving or they would just say they are so sorry.We have exhausted all our savings and now can barely even make his co-pays as he was denied all insurances because were told by helth Care.Gov we could not afford any of their plans and kept referring us back to medicaid for him which he is constantly denied because Like I said above Governer Scott refused the funding for adult assistence unless he is an illegal, has children still in school or homeless, this is just wrong on so many levels that money is worth more then a life.
