Geneva Brown knee replacement surgery

Hi all,

Shown above is a picture of my mother, Ms. Geneva Brown.  She is sometimes bedridden due to an advanced case of rheumatoid arthritis. This condition has caused a drastic deterioration in cartilage production in her joints, the worst of which is in her knees.

My mother is in constant pain, taking medications prescribed by doctors to reduce her suffering. Her feet are often swollen due to the friction of her bones rubbing against each other.

Ms. Geneva Brown, my mother is sometimes unable to walk. She was advised by the attending doctors in Jamaica that she is in desperate need of double knee replacement surgery.  This procedure is needed in aiding  her to live a somewhat normal life due to the advance  stage of this disease, the alternative being paralysis.

I am seeking the help of everyone and anyone who is willing to assist in donating or raising the much-needed funds to help offset the cost of this very important surgery. Or if anyone knows of an organization that might even be willing to perform this surgery gratuitously.  I would more than appreciate any help to stop my mother's suffering.
