Leg Surgery for Rocko

Rocko was an abandoned puppy that I found. He was very skinny and weak at the time. I have been able to get him vaccinated up to date with his shots and bring him back to a healthy weight. He recently broke his leg and is going to require surgery to fix it. I was able to pay for his check up and x-rays through care credit. The surgery required is going to cost around $1500 or more and it needs to be done soon since he is still a growing puppy. I have tried numerous charity groups and have not had any luck. I do not want to give him up because all they will do is euthanize him. Please help in any way you can. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated.
