Hi everyone,
How are you? This is Shih-Ping. This winter, I will join a spiritual, educational, and service trip in India (http://sevatrip.org
). This trip is initiated by the yesplus team of the Art of Living Foundation (the 2nd largest NGO in the world). We will head to Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh, two rural areas in the central India to support local service projects, such as organic farming, women empowerment, e-learning, and reconstruction of community center.
My life has so much beautiful things happened since I took my first yesplus in 2008. The practice of yoga stretch, SKY breathing and meditation has the greatly reduced my stress from Ph.D. study and personal life. The life knowledge I learned from yesplus brought me the confidence, clarity, focus, joy and love to enjoy everything I do in life. This trip is a chance for me to do something back for India, this precious nation and my inspiration Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of the Art of Living Foundation.
