Send Alexis to the 2013 SAMOA BOWL

Alexis has been chosen to play volleyball on a team that represents Utah in the SAMOA BOWL 2013. This is a great opportunity for her to be seen and hopefully recruited by colleges. Its also a once in a lifetime opportunity for her to visit the island where her father, Talosaga, was born.
Alexis father passed away 3 years ago after a 2 1/2 year battle of cancer. He was an amazing athlete and continues to be a strong influence and driving force in Alexis's life. Tal instilled the importance of continued education into his children. It is our goal and hope that through this experience Alexis could be recruited by a university to continue on and play volleyball at the next level.
It is also our hope that she will be able to feel more connected to her Samoan roots and learn more about her Dad's culture.
Alexis maintains a 4.0 GPA and would like to pursue a degree in the social work industry. She will apply to University of Hawaii and BYU Hawaii where she hopes to continue to perfect her love for Polynesian dancing as well.
Our family has been selling dinner plates to raise some of the money needed to send her. We are very thankful and appreciative for any amount of donations given on her behalf!!!
