car accident fund

our truck had gotten badly hit by a drunk and drugged driver this morning at around 5am. this is a huge problem for me and my family. this truck is our only way of transportation because we cannot afford another car. my dad works as a maintenance man and we just got this truck so that he could finally put all of his tools in the back and easily go around and do his job. covid already gave us a big struggle with laying my family off and now, only my dad is bringing in the money. we are pretty much broke and barely make it when it comes to bills and insurance. we just need this extra help so that we can find a temporary way to get around at LEAST until we figure out if our insurance would even cover this or not. we are a low income family so this hit us really hard. please help us out. our steering wheel won’t turn, lights won’t turn on, motor sounds busted, and tires are badly messed up. my mom also has dialysis 3 days a week and has recently been going to her appointments to get her kidney transplant. we need a car to get around with this busy life we have. there’s just so much that goes into this situation that can make this a very pricey outcome that is way out of our budget. again, this is my dads only way of getting to work and our way of doing anything really. i am asking from the bottom of my heart. god bless.
